Chief Experience Officer
Mark Watterson has served as iFIT’s Chief Experience Officer since 2021, where he is responsible for driving the direction and strategy of the iFIT Consumer Experience and value proposition, including the ongoing development of product, content, and technical advancements. Mark brings nearly 15 years of strategic business experience to the role and has been instrumental in growing iFIT software from an initial concept into a world-class, worldwide product used by over 5 million members. Prior to this role, Mark worked with iFIT’s Purchasing and Procurement Department. Mark holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Studies from Utah State University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
