Dale R. Gerard
Chief Financial Officer
Dale R. Gerard is the chief financial officer for iFIT. He is
responsible for accounting and controls, business planning and
analysis, internal audit, tax, treasury, risk management, and
investor relations. In addition, he leads the company’s data
analytics, people and culture, information technology, and
legal functions.
Dale has more than 25 years of
financial and operational experience with a majority of that
in the technology and service industries. Most recently, Dale
spent 12 years, including the last 3 years as the CFO at
Vivint Smart Home where he helped take the company public
through a SPAC in January 2020. Before Vivint, Dale worked as
the assistant treasurer and director of finance at American
Commercial Lines, where he was responsible for capital markets
and treasury operations. He was also the senior treasury and
financial analyst at Wabash National Corporation, where he
supported the company’s risk management, treasury operations,
and financial planning and analysis.
Dale is on
MBAC’s board of directors, where he is the chair of the audit
committee. Gerard earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting
and his MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue
University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional.
