Ms. Corrie is an independent board member and business leader with experience turning around companies experiencing financial and operational challenges and developing and implementing an integrated strategic vision for businesses. She has experience across a variety of industries, including retail, consumer and industrial companies and a strong record of collaborating closely with senior management, C-suite and Boards to define corporate strategic vision to address changing market dynamics, product development, technology platform and operational improvements to increase competitiveness, while driving cost efficiencies and rationalization of work force. Pamela holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Earth Sciences from Stanford University and a law degree from UCLA.
