Karen Boykin-Towns
Karen B. Towns is a results-driven strategist and social justice champion in the New York City metropolitan area. With 22 years of experience at Pfizer, including leadership roles in government relations and human resources, Karen has a proven track record of driving strategic results. She is currently the president and CEO of Encore Strategies LLC, providing strategic public affairs consulting to corporations, not-for-profits, and individuals.
As an independent board director for iFIT Health & Fitness Inc., Karen has navigated critical company turning points with her expertise in risk management. She also serves on the American Airlines Community Council, focusing on improving the flying experience for Black travelers. Additionally, Karen is the vice chair of the board of directors for the NAACP, where she brings her business leadership and community advocacy experience to modernize and mobilize the organization.
