Gary Fletcher brings over 25 years of global experience in operations, supply chain management, and strategic leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer at iFIT. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering significant value across multiple industries, Gary leads the company's operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.

Prior to joining iFIT, Gary served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Sound United, a premium and luxury audio company known for iconic brands such as Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk, and Definitive Technology. There, he successfully streamlined global supply chain operations and improved product delivery and manufacturing efficiency.

Gary’s extensive career also includes serving as Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain at HARMAN International, a leader in connected-car and infotainment systems with a portfolio of renowned audio brands like JBL, Harman/Kardon, and AKG. His leadership in procurement and supply chain management helped position HARMAN as an industry leader in both product quality and customer satisfaction.

Earlier in his career, Gary held key positions at Motorola Solutions and Ford Motor Company, where he developed expertise in manufacturing outsourcing, quality systems, and lean manufacturing processes across international markets.

Gary holds a degree from Anglia Ruskin University and is based in Carlsbad, California.
